Rheonics ensures that every sensor is labeled with identifiable markings on its housing and probes. These markings are strategically placed to assist customers in quickly locating critical information when troubleshooting or referencing any issues.


1. Transmitter:

The Rheonics SME is properly labeled in each of its ports to properly indicate the Power input, RS-485 port, sensor LED status, SD card port, display port, analog output signals, Ethernet Port, Sensor connector port, Rheonics Logo and Electronics serial number.

Additionally, the transmitter will have a tag attached to one of its sides with the Sensor serial number and electronics serial number that corresponds to it.

2. Sensor probe:

The Rheonics sensor probe has the following information marked in its body: Sensor type, Sensor serial number according to purchase order, and the Manufacturer name.

3. SME-TRD-Internal label

All Rheonics SME-TRD, inside will have a label with the Sensor serial number, electronics serial number, and display serial number written on it.
